i sometimes wish it were a possibility for me to just find an island and live with select few, good, people. i hate knowing that there are people on this earth with such neanderthal ways of thinking still.

i know it is more than possible that someone could be against my beliefs, but i see less harm in welcoming the possibilty that everyone has good in them, rather than rejecting people based on generalizations.

EVERY SINGLE DAY I HAVE A FUCKING HEADACHE.

i'm really sick of it, it's really rare for me to wake up now without one. and they're not just mild annoying headaches. they range from fairly sore to excruciating migraine. i've gone for tests, i've taken pills, i've tried natural methods, and not a god damned thing ever fucking works longterm. perhaps it's because when i look outside i want to kill myself because of how utterly ridiculous it is out there.

There are few things greater than having the day off and having time to do, whatever it is, that you need to do.
What I’ve been needing to do, badly, is take some serious “me time”.

So far today I’ve:

Gone to kb’s house.
Grabbed a coffee with kb.
Did some grocery shopping.
Had a gloriously relaxing shower.
Listened to some new music.
Tidied up a bit.
Did some sweet stretches and exercised (something I’ve just started doing and am feeling great about).
Ate some yummy yoghurt and a croissant, in my underwear, on my couch.
And now I’m about to start a painting.
